How do I request a transcript?

Official transcripts need to be ordered online. Go to the Transcriptskart.com page for more information.


Can I send my official transcript to more than one destination?

Yes, after you select the first destination for your transcript, click on ‘Add another Address’


Can I change the mode of delivery to my transcript order?

No. Once an order has been placed, the Registrar's Office cannot change the type of transcript requested nor provide the refunds. Students are responsible to follow the instructions of their recipient as well as sending the acceptable transcript type document.


Can I request transcripts by phone or email?

No, we cannot release your transcripts to you or a third party without your written consent. E-mail is not a secure form of communication. You should never give out any of your personal information, such as social security or credit card numbers, by e-mail.


My official paper transcript hasn't reached its destination. what can I do?

Unfortunately, there is no tracking information for standard mailed transcripts. Please allow at least two full weeks for your recipient to receive and process your transcript. Once the two weeks have lapsed and they still haven’t received your document you will need to place a new order for your transcript.


Can I get the transcript if there is hold on my records?

If the hold restricts the release of transcripts, your transcript cannot be released until the hold has been removed. Transcripts will not be issued until all financial obligations to the University have been cleared.


What type of Currency and payment is accepted?

The Transcriptskart accepts USD, INR Currency. Debit card, credit card, Internet banking and wallets payments are accepted.
